4. What payment methods do you accept? We offer both online and offline options. You can pay via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, or bank transfer (Bonifico). For those who prefer installments, we offer interest-free payments via Klarna and Scalapay.
5. How do I know my order has been confirmed? Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order number. For bank transfers, we will send a second confirmation once the funds have been successfully received.
Shipping & Delivery
6. How long does delivery take? In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. For handcrafted or made-to-order pieces, production can take between 4 to 8 weeks. Estimated lead times are always listed on the individual product pages.
7. Will the courier bring the furniture inside my home? Our standard delivery is curbside. However, we offer “White-Glove Service” which includes delivery to your room of choice, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials for a stress-free experience.
Returns & Support
8. What if my furniture arrives damaged? Your items are fully insured during transit. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please note it on the delivery document and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair or replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
9. Can I return an item if I change my mind? Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for standard items in their original, unassembled condition. Please note that custom-made or bespoke items are non-returnable as they are crafted specifically for you.
